The Oromo Sisterhood Institute (OSI)
The Oromo Sisterhood Institute (OSI) is an independent, gender diverse, women-led organization. We believe the engagement of women politically, socially, and economically benefits our society. We at OSI have an unshakeable, unbreakable, and strong bond. Working and growing together made us unique. No matter what, we can find the inner strength to get us through. OSI consists of individuals from all parts of the world and walks of life.
At OSI, we believe in creating a solid unity by inspiring and empowering each other, learning and growing together, and standing in solidarity. OSI is a platform that provides a one-stop shop that fosters high-impact open discussions, idea exchange, advice, and support. We are open, eager, and motivated to maximize the use of in-house expertise and talent by partnering with other project groups and similar organizations to fill the gaps in our support system. Creating one of the best multidisciplinary teams with diverse expertise and perspectives while enriching the project ideas is what we strive for.
